    Have you checked the OAL?. I find the compressed loads do not seat consistently with my comp dies. I think the seating stem floats too much? The instructions tells you not to do compressed loads with the comp seater. Might be something in it? Redding are pretty awesome to deal with if you flick them an email. Quick replies when I've asked anything.
