Some AI cases once formed can have a wee doughnut at the neck shoulder junction. If you can slip a projectile in and out a fired case with no obstruction you are generally fine. If it slips past the mouth but gets held up at the junction it needs to be reamed. It can cause all manner of tension/accuracy issues. Once its done, its done for the life of the case.
