    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

    If its designed to be fitted to a rifle before its fired then why not? Taking a rifle out of its stock can bring it under legal length and it can still be fired, if the length is what worries you that is.

    Probably right, actually, by the letter of the law, although I can't imagine the police being particularly happy about it, too bad for them
