Any chance of using a Carbon / KEVLAR Hybrid Fabric would give the strength plus impact resistance. (though it is a prick to trim)

Yes have looked at the Carbon/Kevlar hybrid but wanted to get the basic stock sorted first, I've found kevlar a real bitch to work with. But will look at again.
