Thread: GPO Super Compact scope thoughts

Giday all - looking at GPOs newish super compact scopes. They do a 3-12 which is about 10 inches compared to most 2-12 or 3-15s which are 12-13 inches. Wondering if anyone has any experience or thoughts on these before pulling the trigger on one. The few reviews online seem to be positive but there’s not many of them. One thing I can see out the gate is that being so short, there’s less tube to mount and my existing setup (tikka with Talley rings) might not work. From what I’ve read they’re intended to be used on centrefires and aren’t just a rimfire/air gun scope. NZ Ammo and Reloaders appear to have them in stock
