Gun Porn, show off your new toys

New carbon wrapped 24" 1:8 1/2 .260 AI Bartlien barrel compliments of Abe precision and others.

I picked it up off Abe on Saturday, but due to weather, sick kids and me truck getting some TLC at the local garage I have only managed to load up a ladder test.
Dying to get out to shoot it.
It has lightened the rifle as I carry it by almost 400 grams.
My only minor complaint with the off-road is the weight. So if it shoots like the rest of my barrels I will be pretty chuffed.
The finish and workmanship is excellent.
    More to follow....

You know you want one Toby......

If it shoots I will turn up to Abe's tonight drunk and smelling like a rutting wildebeest like the bum he crashed my place with, late last night.

Well its funny you mention that because its almost complete.
I am sure KG does not mind me texting him every 5 minutes to see if it here yet and phoning in between the texts.

Had a slight change of plan on the stock I wanted so that added a bit of a extra wait. To say I am "chomping at the bit" would be an understatement.
