    @ Stug It specifically mentions stock that feeds or contributes to the feeding of the ammunition. Thus if the stock does not contribute to the feeding then by their wording it is not a part. The use of the word 'That' in the sentence makes the following part of the sentence a condition.

    As mentioned, the Howa stock does not contribute to the feeding of the ammunition as the magazine itself is separate to the stock and bolts to the action becoming part of the action and not part of the stock. Again, I suspect this is poorly written shit legislation put in place by someone who does not know enough about what they are talking about and is meant to confuse those of us who do have an understanding of how these things work.[/QUOTE]
