Lol I just finished the survey stating the Boyds thumbhole I have is the best stock I have got (carbon Hunters edge x 2, Mcmillian A5). The Boyds is a seriously nice to hunt with. The weight is the only reason I went with the carbon stocks on my light guns. For the money they are very good stocks.
As with anything on a forum you well never get a straight answer. Even if you do who should you believe, your mate who knows just as much as you, or some bloke you don't know. This line of question is so open to opinion there is no right or wrong answer.
