About LinkBacksHaving been though something similar a few months ago.. As it fits a semi auto and you intend to fit it to a semi auto and it has restricted mssa features, you will need a E cat endorsement to import it dispite you wanting to convert it to a cat when it arrives.
If you did it 8 months ago you would have been fine but not after the ammendment.
