Thread: Latest Nightforce Scopes

Nightforce are involved in an improved design for their Extreme series (NXS) scopes.

A new magnification range of 5-25 power, HD glass, a non rotating ocular lens and other features they hope will put them up nearer to the top of the heap in tough practical long range optics.

Has anyone here seen the new scope/scopes yet ? found any info on them? Pictures?

I've seen a patent drawing of it. I think they're calling it the beast or something. I'll try find the drawing.

Yeah one of the posts says it's an early Generation but still gives you an idea of features it may have.

The Beast was meant to be released at the last Shot show , but was not , I think they are past the 4th Gen of the prototype .

In reality its at least 1-2yrs out before any will get into shooters hands .

I would look at either a S&B PMII 5-25x , or the new Zeiss 3.5-26x56mm ZF thats available in Nov this yr for any one who's got 6k .

How does the march-f compete with the s&b

I have a March 5-50 x 56 and have looked through the S&B as well I feel glass is fantastic in both and the repeatability of the adjustments faultless in the ones I've played with
I do like the elevation turrets on the S&B better then the march tho but it's a personal preference thing
