interesting one leather have quite some experience with leather - when I was shepherding we used an old fashioned oil based on I think linseed oil called neatsfoot oil for our saddles and bridles- terrible stuff used to stain ones trousers - then as a biker always full leathers and what to use - well a lot of beeswax products out there - bloody useless - in cold conditions it come off in lumps - eventually I got onto a genuine german saddle oil effax comes in brown or black brilliant stuff soaks in wont come off the very very best - I even use it on my good R .M Williams boots and they polish up with it
