I purchased an A300 Outlander Black Synthetic and i have two friends who also have them. My two friends shoots a lot of clays and rarely clean these guns.......they just keep working. The A300 is Beretta's budget shotgun......it cost about 1/2 what the A400 cost or Browning Maxus, or most Benelli guns and it is a clever design in the following ways: It has the exact same updated gas system as Beretta's expensive offerings, but the bolt system of the older 390/391series. The blak synthetic comes with a spacer for L.O.P. and shims for a custom fit at a budget price. To me, it is a hell of a shotgun for the money. The barrel, receiver, are made of the same quality materials of Berettas over priced "premium" 400 series. I have shot both and actually prefer the Outlander . The Magazine tube is not designed to accept an extension, thus the gun is not suitable for 3 gun.....it is a hunting and clays shotgun.
