Heathen or Philistine, indifferent to major religion or culture, same same to me. More seriously though, while you can use a one piece rail, unless you need to because of dodgy holes, two piece bases such as warne, weaver or talley to me are a nicer option than a weaver rail, or 1911 (picatinny) rail due to access to the magazine.

The EAW quick detachable setup is nice but fairly dear and you mostly dont want to take your scope on and off.
