Being a Parker Hale i assume the holes are lined up and the spacing between front and rear reciever is std to allow use of a one piece base. However two piece bases like those from Warne give you a bit more room to top load your magazine and warne rings look good on mausers. The bases give it that old square bridge look. With money to burn look at rectnagle and EAW offerings. Quick turn tip offs.
Only heathens use 1911 style bases and rings on a mauser....
I think you might mean 1913 Picatinny ?
It depends more on what you want to do with the rifle (Gee but a .270 ?) & what scope or sight you want to mount, lots of stuff about now days
