    How much do you want to spend?
    Any Mrad scope will work just fine for a 22lr, parallax that adjusts down to 25 yards can be an advantage but there are lots of scopes that'll do that.
    I do lots of dialing with my 22lr, but it'll depend on what your usage is.

    Intended use and budget will determine the best option.
