If I was you and only because you are running factory ammo stay with the .270 or Creedmoor or 7-08 the 300 mag and PRC are a massive jump in horse power.
I've just sold my 7prc and are sticking with my 6.5 Creedmoor which will handle everything I hunt out to 600M.
