The only thing that raised an eyebrow is it uses the cheaper (I assume) 6061 alloy and not the stronger 7075 alloy which is more "normal". Really though I suspect that makes no difference what so ever, Im never gong to be bayoneting ppl or beating them senseless with it, at least I hope not.
Originally M16 receivers were made from forged 6061, but the forging process made them prone to galvanic corrosion with the front pivot pin, so 7075 was used instead. Milled 6061 (like the NEA) is more corrosion resistant than 7075.
