About LinkBacksRight now, Police HQ are attempting to implement a new policy where A Cat AR15 receivers are considered MSSA items. This will potentially mean that the only people that can import an AR15 receiver are those with an E Cat endorsement.
If you are asked to provide anything in writing to Police to obtain something as simple as Police mail order form for an AR15 or part, or if you party to an email from Police discussing this new policy than please get in touch. The more written evidence we have of this Ultra Vires policy the stronger our legal case is going to be.
