Thread: New lever action scope qs

Hi guys, just purchased a henry 22 lever action and love it! I want to mount a scope on it, any recommendations? I would prefer a fixed power and compact, also what rings are best please

Pretty hard to go past a Leupold 4x I reckon, either new or secondhand. If you got lucky you might wven find a Leupy fixed 2.5x but you'll have to beat me to it cause I want one for my AR in 300Blk

Could try a low mag red dot sight. A Bushnell TRS 25 would be good and cheap.

Used to have a cheap reflex red dot on my marlin 3030 worked very well but went to a lyman peep as it just looked proper. The henrys quite a nice rifle, factory sights suprisingly arent too bad but low power 2.5 or 4 would be a good choice. Just remember that it will mount over the natural point of carry.

Not a fixed power but the 2x7x3 leupold freedom rimfire is a nice litlle scope

Put an old school Armson OEG on the ross1 92 couple of weeks back.
Not really a scope though.
