About LinkBacksThread revive. @burtonator that was the same load I went with (CCI mag primers/Win brass) in my HS Precision - shot 0.5" all day. My Sendero before it loved 71.5gn 2217 same bullet, swapped load to the HS and ended up pulling a bullet out when unchambering an unfired load. The new HS load was then seated deeper and the 74gn showed no pressure signs and shrunk the groups.Originally Posted by burtonator
Ive used 2217 with all the 7mm mags I've had and the current one likes 162amax 74gs 2217 going at 3080fps primers just starting to flatten out no brass marks etc.
I realise this is a hottish load but it just seems to work
