There are two 4 x 32 scopes in my collection with a sticker like that on them. Both were purchased 20 plus years ago and both had names I hard not heard of before and have not since. From memory neither cost more than $50 and one of them a lot less. One is a Vistascope and the other I think is a Hubertus. A good scope to put on a kids .22, which is what I used them for, but I would not put one on a .223 let alone a .308. Yours may differ.
