    Rangefinding binos (maybe vortex)

What's out there? the vortex fury or sig Sauer are looking ok at the moment. Anyone any experience with either of these? Pros and cons of these?
Also any other options out there that are at the cheaper end of the scale.
    Needs tbr and yards.
Also don't want to go to budget and have them break and no warranty.
    Cheers

If you're not gonna fork out for some alpha rangefinding binos you will be better off using your money towards a better pair of non rangefinding binos. Personally I wouldn't buy rangefinding binos fullstop unless I had money to burn, better off with a real good pair of normal binos and a decent standalone rangefinder that you can upgrade if need be, that way you're not gonna feel gutted in a couple years time when your binos aren't the latest and greatest tech anymore. Buy the absolute best glass you can afford, and if that means going without a rangefinder then so be it, they are your number one hunting tool

He wants TBR so I would assume hunting would be a fairly likely use, I agreee with @Ryan_Songhurst better off buying standalone bino and range finder top spec glass doesn't really change much apart from asthetics, but range finders seem to become obsolete pretty quickly these days

Plus the BDX scopes from Sig look as though they require an independent rangie......

Well I spent all of my money on my scope. I figured if I couldn't see them through that the best binos in the world weren't going to help me.
What is the quality of the fury or sit or fusion glass?
I can guarantee it will still be miles better than my current binos

I agree with Ryans point about best glass you but i find the rangefinder bino combo easier to use as you dont have to put down your bino's and then try and reacquire you target to range it. I tried the sigs today and found them really good to my eye anyway. And thats the other thing you need to try each product yourself as what i see and see are very different .

Have the Vortex Fury 5000, and the optical quality easily surpassed the Steiner Bino's they replaced. They have a lifetime warranty on the bino's AND the electronics, so better off than getting the Sig, which only has 5 years on the electronics.
Downside will be they are pretty basic in terms of functionality - no custom ballistic computer, but they do angle corrected range, so I use a dope chart when I have the distance to target.
Longest ranged object was over 4000m, which was the furthest hill I could range from the house.

Youre also not gonna see many animals through your scope if you cant find them to begin with

Have not tried the SIG in the field, but have both Fusion and a couple of high end Euro glass binos. The Fusions are pretty damn good by comparison, very clear and crisp but contrast on colours not quite as good as the Euro glass. Every ones eyes are different but on a budget you won’t go wrong with Fusions

I disagree to a point with some of the points above, although they do make sense in some aspects.

I use the Vortex Fury's. I have found then good to use and have no complaints. I use them all day long and don't get any eye issues and I have had no problems picking up animals in the field. I fact in the kawekas during the roar my mate wasn't spotting the deer any easier out of his expensive Leica's. And when testing them side by side at the end of the day he was able to make out objects only a fraction of the time longer than me, and to be fair by that point nothing was shootable anyway.

And having the integrated range finder has been great. It saves that one more bit of kit to carry around and it is quick and easy to use... So i would recommend buying the Fury binoculars.
