    Red Dot Sight

    Hello everyone,

Wondering if you guys could help.

Does anyone know of a non magnified type red dot type scope that has a black reticle when turned off? Must be small as it is going on a rear sight base on an AK type rifle. Also inexpensive as I am a broken arse. Something similar to a bushnell AR scope would be perfect but it is useless when it is bright or turned off.

    Many thanks.

Leupold Prismatic or there is a new (upcoming?) Burris 1x optic with an etched illuminated reticle as well. That's about it that I'm aware of, and they're not super cheap.

I thought the Burris 332 is etched too? Not so sure about the 536 though. Burris website isn't explicit, but does show black (etched) red and green reticles.
