Solid, strong, at the agricultural end of the spectrum. Not out of place in a lineup of russian kit to be fair...

Two things that aren't good about them in my opinion, the mounts are propriety design and don't offer a full range of issues and the other thing that can create issues is the design of the action king screw which pulls the action back into the stock. Presents another challenge when doing anything with them for bedding.
