You could do it once with each rifle I suppose.

You would need at least a 308 or 30-06 to have enough velocity to get them to mushroom up.

I would like to try the Barnes blackout 110gr, the Americans rave about them but very expensive for knocking goats over. For me the Nosler 125gr BT has been a good all round performer on deer, pigs and goats. I don't really want to start running two lots of supersonic ammo as I am already got three lots of subsonic rounds.
