Thread: Rusty barrel at my Remington 783

Hi is it inside the barrel in the rifleing or on the outside
Outside is not so bad as unless it’s really bad it’s purely just Looks bad but doesn’t affect the functionality of the rifle
Inside is bad news pitting in the rifleing can reduce accuracy quite Significantly
get your self some of this stuff it’s made in Germany so shouldn’t be a problem to get its awesome stuff
Keep a small bottle in your hunting bag and if it’s been wet give your rifle a clean with it every day after hunting
Next morning wipe rifleing with a dry rag or bore snake to remove excess before shooting
