    This is what I use but only grade 4, they also fold up nice and small, in saying that they now do a slightly cheaper option that aren't quite as compact (won't fold up into themselves) but are grade 5

    Depends on your budget, but consider the MSA Sordins, with the gel cups they are the best earmuffs I've come across.
