    Yup its a tough one. You have the anti gunners who want them gone along side the health and safety types who can risk assess firearms ownership into the too hard basket. Ive seen it in industry. Yes it is needed but it only takes a certain mindset and you can reverse engineer the result through the paperwork to justify it.
