    Tikka bolt, 223 to 6BR ?

As above, can a Tikka 223 bolt be opened up to take a 6BR case ?

Means going from taking a case of base diameter .378" out to .4728", difference of .0948".

Sounds a lot to me. Anyone heard of or know of it being possible/not possible ?

    Cheers, Red

Talk to Varminter on here. He is the Tilka 6BR expert. It would be on of the best rifles to build a repeater BR on. All the rest are bastards with staggered mags.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

I picked up a TRG the other day. Don't know what all the fuss is about. There are certainly better finished rifles for the price tag but, as a tool they certainly have a good reputation.

Pretty sure they don't do a TRG in 6BR either
