    Tikka T3/T3x Bolt Buddy

Hey I have been working on this product for few years and posting to gauge the interest.

Having to keep our bolts out of our rifle I thought it could be a good idea especially with the Tikka T3 and T3x breaking if they are dropped and land on the handle on solid ground (just google "broken Tikka bolt" to see the aftermath...).

    There is few additional features:
    -Removable belt clip
    -Padlock secure point
    -It decock the bolt
-You can use the rear section to decock your bolt for disassembly

At the moment it is printed on a high end printer, the finish is great and the product solid. Depending interest I might go ahead with injection mold.

It is only Right and Left handed Tikka T3/T3x at the moment.

A T1X version is coming and might look at other brands...

They can be ordered at Hamills Tauranga. A website is also coming.

Great idea, my bolts are wrapped in soft cloth when stored away...I've been looking for leather pouches for them or something similar.

To meet the Transport Security regs on the road to wherever I'm going hunting ..... I just padlock the rifle bolt to the vehicles load strap brackets
Just pick a padlock size that the bolt knob cant slip through.

Dont have a tikka anymore - but what a brilliant design and idea! If you want to make one for remington model 7 I'd be all over it.

Yes it is the plan to make them for other brands. They will look different in shape between brands. However embossing the caliber is a tricky one in terms of logistic, I'm working on it though

Cool, I’d be interested in 2 of them. In regards to having the calibre on them, maybe you could just have a smooth flat indent on the front that is the size of label maker tape so people can just print their own label and stick it on?
