Should be able to do one that does both Howa and Rem and their clones? Well, maybe three - SA, LA and Model 7 length...

Excellent stuff and you’ve got the aesthetics right as well. Well done and looking forward to your expanded range.

    Nice looking product but redundant.

There is a very safe place to keep the bolt already, in the rifle!

I'll buy one if you private message your account details. Don't mind paying you the retail price so you get that bit extra $ as reward for your excellent idea

Well, technically it's not "illegal" in NZ, the transport guidelines are pretty much that. You have to comply with the security requirements in the Arms Act, the transport guidelines are Police's preferred way to do that. Requirements are the same for every firearm, bolt action or not. Disable (removing part) - if it can't be disabled, lock it securely to disable it somehow - or lock it into a secure container that can't be just picked up out of the vehicle. Pretty fair really.

This bolt carrier is a good idea if you are just carting one firearm - the best thing I see with it is it really prevents the bolt from stuffing up anything else it's stored with. That part I really like.
