I cut the paracord loop on the zip on mine right down to stop it catching on stuff, and cut out the cartridge loops and the excess velcro from the straps. I'm using one that's about 5 years old now, it's holding up. Has black fabric on the cheek side, that's changed too

Nice, yea they are pretty sweet really, I like the internal ammo loops though
