Honestly if I could do it all over again I would probably just pony the $1200 or so for a SR22. You can get the Nordic chassis that Ruger uses off Brownells. Actually you can get all the parts you need off Brownells. The cheapest way to do it would be to buy an Airsoft gun, pull the guts of it out and make the right cuts so you can drop your 10/22 in.
