Thread: Using a sealed Titanium Suppressor for Rimfire - cleaning?

Hi Guys,

I have a sealed .223 AR15 Titanium Suppressor I want to use on a semi .22lr. I may also use this on a .17Hmr in the future.

As rimfire ammo leaves all that lead deposit and this can is a sealed unit - is there a way of putting the can in something or some other way to clean it out?

My last rimfire can could be pulled apart and I would clean all that gunk out periodically.

Yup, you will need an AR15 and some .223 FMJ (30 rounds)

Fit the suppressor to the ar15, load 30 rounds into your high cap killing mag, and proceed to shoot your suppressor clean.

Ultrasonic bath, then rinse and bake dry.

Oh right thanks, what's the best bang for buck ultrasonic cleaner? I'm assuming you can use them for case cleaning for reloading too?

Probably fine. Boiling water and detergent in the machine sure shifts a lot of shit

Boil kettle, bif it in a plastic container with a lid. Add a tiny bit of detergent and shake the crap out of it. Rinse and let dry, job done.
