Go 1:7" twist for the 88's. You don't need the action length of a Tikka. Even with an 88 seated all the way out it'll be under 2.8". My 22-250ai is built off of a Rem 700 SA and everything fits nicely.
I know Bergara's B14 in 22-250 is a 1:9" twist. Plenty for 69gr - maybe 75gr at a push with the extra speed (I wouldn't count on it though). Others may be catching up by now and releasing faster twists - dunno, haven't researched that far.
