    I've done what spud said also.

    You would be amazed the amount of fucking around some people have to go through to get a mail order form signed off. I once sold a rifle to forum member Antsman, IIRC, the AO in Welly was away, and none of the cops were willing to touch anything to do with firearms, so I ended up driving to Taihape to make the trade. The law clearly states that the form must be signed by a member of police, you don't even need the official police form, your license and details just need to be recorded, the officer's QID number, station, signature. How hard can it be?
