Thread: what sort of grease?

what brand grease texture type lube do you use on the moving parts (shottys and mechanisms) if you even do?

i am finding the kroil is not really staying lubed enough in the semi auto actions - have dropped a few drops of oil in but thinking a spot of something more tacky

I use "Owens Hinge Pin Grease" http://www.mbabllc.com/catalog/item/7927876/8569230.htm on my under/overs and Extreme Weapon Lubricant" on my ARs. I have also used graphite grease on them and it worked really well.

Tetra Gun Grease 1oz. - Hunting and Outdoor Supplies.

Molly grease is the best but it's getting a little hard to find, otherwise a little tube of the grease above will sort you out.

For grease, I use XF-7. Great stuff.

Oils, Slip 2000 is good. I've been trying Fireclean recently, and like it alot.
