    Whats the deal with magazines now

    I was alway under the impression that a magazine couldnt hold more than 10 rounds or give the appearance of doing so. These ak and ar etc type firearms give the appearance of holding more than 10 rounds

    i dont think "appearance" matters anymore. my rossi 22mag mag looks bigger than 10 rounds and is ok

    Capacity is all that matters, not appearance. The capacity restriction must be permanent (ie not able to be removed), not just a spacer installed.

    Funny how that after years of regulation due to cosmetic features, they magically no longer matter...
