    What you need is one of the earlier MkIII SMLE rear sight leaves, which had the deleted windage adjustable rear sight block. This feature was deleted in the rush to produce arms for WW1 - it wasn't really needed at the ranges that ruled the day on the Western Front. They are about in the wild, heck I probably have one somewhere.
