Bergara BA-13 in 300BLK. I like short rifles. How I ended up with that cartridge choice is a long story, but it suits my needs and environment which is goat hunting in the bush. If I was made to only own one rifle, it would be the same in .308.

Went to range yesterday. Stock tikkas and vx3s
6.5 x 55 and 25-06. Shooting like a Tikka and hadn't moved zero at all.
The licence has finally arrived - hope I can add a photo soon! In the meantime, loving the threads!

Greetings,
My most used rifle currently is a Remington VSSF in .223. It is used for 300 yard F class shooting. The 12 inch twist limits me to the lighter projectiles but still shoots well with a 4.5to 14 scope.
GPM.
A toss up between my 308 Ruger scout or my Howa 3006, leaning towards the Howa even though the laminate stock makes it very heavy. The hinged floor plates just nicer to carry than a mag that hangs down.

Marlin BA 223. I've since fitted a Leupold 3-9×40 and given a bit of a paint job. I think that was my first fox with the 223.
Just amazing value and shoots waaayy better than I can.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing, and right-doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.
