Size: 179.4 KB To be honest for me It`s more often than not a Black powder rifle, Hawken style either 50 or 58 cal with round ball & homemade powder. The challenge seems more important now days.

Gotta say the 300 Win Mag has to be one of my go to rifles, but I also like the 308, oh and then the 30 06 and the others.

The thought of only one rifle sends shivers down my spine lol… however if had to be would be similar to moose man… love my 300wm, as I do my 25-06 as I do my 30-06… if could only be one would be the Remington mountain ss in 30-06.

My goto has to be my first rifle, the Franchi Horizon .243, granted that's from limited overall experience but having spent the time to get the fit dialed into my tall, gibbon like frame just bringing it upto my shoulder makes me smile and it's a tack driver.
Although on my wishlist is something in .270 and a single shot break down....

What about a single shot 270? Got one of those, just needs someone to sort the light primer strike causing the odd misfire. I bought as a project, but haven't had time, might be time to pass it on..

Me, currently been pinging small game, go to at the moment is 222 single shot (subs and supers), but last trip had the 308 barrel stashed in the pack, just in case... but have just joined the 243 club (though its going to be more my son, really!), so that might change things

Question 1: Is it a breakdown?
    Question 2: WHAT is it?
Question 3: Do you have this weeks winning lotto numbers and would you mind sharing them?
Cos I'm absolutely on the bones of my arse currently BUT a month can make a big difference
So chuck up a pic and also, welcome to the .243 club, it is such a great calibre eh?
