If you're going with the Z3 4-12x50 BT you might want to consider the 4W reticle which is available in that model.

I have the 4W on my Z5... I'm not convinced and would prefer the 4A instead. Maybe I just need to use it more?

I've got the 4W on my Z5 and the 4WX on my X5. I rate them both and find them very easy to use.
At the end of the day its personal preference, just suggesting the 4W is worth considering.

Got the 4-12, was meant to replace the Kahles on the 2506 but ended up on my 7mm mag.
Very happy with it.

I've got the Z5 3.5-18 with 4A if you are interested in a swap for the 4W on same scope?
