What I don't see is the bouncy castle people preparing for change.
What I do see is them taxing all of us a lot more whilst not explaining to my satisfaction what its (the tax) all going to do when technologies do not exist to change what hydrocarbons do for us now. And just calling it our "obligations". Just who's obligations are they talking about???
