    I am willing to both hear and listen. I am not afraid that through someone espousing extreme ideas these ideas will infect my mind and I therefore need protecting

    Its a dilemma for Complaint Resolution people and Ombuds. If you block the frequent flyers/Querulant who obsessively feel wronged, on the day they are right and justified they might actually be denied justice.
