My days with that hill in the Kawekas are by no means over, I can assure you....

A couple of successful hunts none the less. If it was too easy, everyone would be out there and there would be nothing left to shoot.

Damn straight. They'll whistle and run, but in a circle right back around behind ya Dougie, the Sika stag'll sneak up and pinch that UNOFOR blue beanie off your noggin. No shit.

That spot where the wash fans out on the true right would have been better spot to go an look than the spur, try up there next time or I can send you in some other spots that are better, require bit of peddle work tho

Saw 3 dead Wallabies next to the side of the road on the Hakataramea pass (Kurow and Duntroon).

Weird question for today - is Wallaby anatomy a bit back-to-front ? Looked like the pizzle was behind the scrotum ?

As to that question I've never got that personal with a wallaby but Maybe it's stops his clangers from hitting the ground when he hops ? .

Me and my family saw a dead possum with a (empty) bottle of beer near Kaikoura. Unfortunately nobody got a photo of it.
