    Lending a Hand

The things you come across in the back country.

Coming back up a track we ran into some fullas trying to retrieve this.

They had ropes and pulleys across the track so we had a look at what they were up to and 5 hours later.

    Had it from here to........

And then up onto the track

    Sorry about sideways pics.

Needless to say they were happy we lent them a hand.

So was the guy riding it from what he was telling us. He is the one on the left in the last pic. He got a chopper ride out for his trouble with a few broken bones, the quad had been down there for 4 months.

The frame is still alright, most of it is just bent plastic and bull bars. and now he needs another front wheel as the one in the pics decided to roll all the way down into the gorge.opppps

Front wheel hit a tree root which pulled the handle bars around and caused him to hit the gas and up and over she goes.

They are standing on the track.

Worse of all is he was only borrowing the bike

@craigc that bike is cursed, I think I know who's it is lol. If it's who I think it is it had no insurance and the guy was told you break you pay.
