I probably get more out of a smaller area than them, and to get theirs they probably have to cover a bigger area.

On the right day I would spot about 75% through the spotter and the rest through binos.

I found mine a very valuable tool when I was last down there and on my last goat/pig hunt. Often it was find them with the thermal and then try and find them with the binos. I am not sure of the percentages but there were a fair few animals I spotted with the thermal that I wouldn't have seen without it.
