    What to do when Pheasant season finished??

    Answer, you chase deer. Since forecast was so good went for a walk today in the Ruahines and picked up this hind.

    I did take some joy from texting @Wildman the photo at 8.57 as I knew he had a meeting at 9 that had kept him office bound.

    Meat dropped at butchers by 12, back at work after lunch, gotta love Palmy
