    Its a ordinary DPT over barrel with one baffle taken out. Doesn't make much difference to the sound.

    Put an extra baffle on it and it makes all the difference. My son got 3 with 3 on Friday night. The stag copped it in the neck the other 2 got the left eyeball blown away. All with the 223.A mean can the DPT.

    Whoops...

    The 6.5x55 muscled its way out of safe tonight and demanded to go hunting.
    So I relented...

    It would only let me get within 280 yards. and then insisted I take the shots...



    That's one of its brother's back legs sticking out of my pack.

    Out there doin' it... Lucky bugger. Good on ya for exercising all your guns fairly. My old 6.5 is still my favourite and nothing has gotten away from her yet (touch wood)
