Depending how your luck runs the lift at the front might take the thing up to or even straight past the limits of the standard alignment adjustment devices. Only way to know is to try it and see, and one of the telltales is the wear pattern on the front boots. If you aren't lucky after you've got the lift done you might need to spring for aftermarket swing arms, and then your CVs, and then, and then, and then... Some makes and models are a lot more forgiving than others, I didn't get away with much on my ranger with the rear and fitting heavier weight leafs. Had to fit a 20mm lift at the front to get it back into the alignment adjustment range.
